Whoa! Is that really bright red??? Yes it is, fine madam/sir. Our wild sockeye is hand cured with our proprietary mixture of salt and spices (no sugar or nitrates) and is then cold smoked yielding a smoky, but super-smooth, finish and texture. Its mild yet distinct flavor and color will leave your family or guests believing you spent an absurd amount to get such a rare product (and you won't have….) It is beautiful to serve, fantastic to taste, and makes an ordinary brunch into a party. Rich and smooth is how we roll.
